TextPression Software is committed to
your Privacy. When considering your privacy we divide any
information that may be collected into two broad categories: General
Statistical Information, and Personally Identifying Information. The
remainder of this Policy describes how we may make use of this

General Statistical Information
When you visit our website we gather
certain information, such as: the pages visited, the time spent on a
certain page and any downloads that may occur. This information is
stored and used with a view to improving the services and
information offered through the website. The stored data does not
contain any Personally Identifying Information.

Personally Identifying Information
The only personally identifying
information that TextPression Software will collect is that which
you submit to us. The information will be used for the purposes that
are stated at the point at which you submit the information. The
information will not be disclosed to third parties except in the
following cases:

such as passing relevant information to a credit card processing
facility in order to provide you with products and/or services
you have requested;

a competent authority which has jurisdiction within the United
Kingdom, such as law enforcement, with due authorisation such as
a court order;
- Where it is necessary to protect
our interests, such as credit card fraud prevention;
Data Collection Policy with regard
to Minors
TextPression's products and services
are not targeted or intended for use by minors, however we
acknowledge that some materials may be of interest to older
teenagers for educational purposes. Although we are UK based, and
therefore not bound by
COPPA legislation, we
aim to comply with it and do not knowingly collect data from
children under 13 years of age.
Cookies
Cookies are small text files that may
be stored on your computer. Cookies are typically used to identify
returning users and track a users' progress through a website with a
view to collecting Personally Identifying Information or General
Statistical Information. At this time TextPression Software does not
use cookies.

The TextPression site may contain
links to third party websites over which we have no control. You are
responsible for reviewing the Privacy Policies of any third part
websites you visit. Note that any and all online and telephone based
order processing will be carried out by carefully selected third
